PUBLIC NOTICE

Whereas Director, Town and Country Planning, Haryana (“DTCP”)  has granted in-principle approval to  SN Jee Buildwell Pvt Ltd (the “Company”)vide Office Memo No. LC- 5010 + LC – 5010 – B –PA(VA)/2023/39156 dated 16-11-2023 for setting up an Affordable Residential Plotted Colony (DDJAY – 2016) over an area measuring 28.9673 acres (after migration from existing License No. 34 of 2013 dated 31.05.2013 for a Plotted colony and grant of additional license on 1.8813 acres in Sector – 3,3A & 4, Dharuhera, District Rewari). Further vide NCLT order dated 25.11.2022, SN Jee Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. has been taken over by M/s CRS Towers Pvt. Ltd.

Before grant of final migration permission for DDJAY Plotted Colony, the DTCP has asked the Company to seek Objections / Suggestions from the existing allottees, if any, w.r.t. the following: a) proposed migration to DDJAY Colony and amendment in the layout plan of the balance area of originally approved layout plan of the residential plotted colony after excluding already considered for migration; b) change in shareholding pattern of SN Jee Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. to CRS Towers Pvt. Ltd.

Accordingly, vide this Public Notice, objections / suggestions / consent are hereby invited from any of the Allottee(s) w.r.t. the Point No. a) & b) referred above. For this purpose, the following items namely: a) in-principle migration approval; b) layout plan of balance land after migration; c) proposed change in shareholding of SN Jee Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. to CRS Towers Pvt. Ltd. have been placed for perusal of the existing allottees at the following locations: a) On the website of SN Jee Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. (www.harmonycity.co.in), b) in Company office at 48, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi – 110057, c) in DTP Dharuhera, d) STP, Gurugram. Additionally, the existing allottees have also been informed through registered post / e-mail about the same.

Objections, if any against the proposed migration in favour of proposed migration may be filed in the office of the Company or at site and in the office of Senior Town Planner, Gurugram within 30 days of publication of this Public Notice.
